At Monvelier, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to quality, transparency, and customer care. Our return and refund policy complies with global consumer protection standards to ensure a fair and smooth experience.

1. Change of Mind (Online Purchases)
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return if you’re not satisfied with your purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
A full refund will be issued after inspection and confirmation that the product meets return conditions.

2. Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects
You may request a replacement for defective items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
A technical evaluation will be completed within 7 business days after we receive the item.
If a defect is confirmed, you can choose between a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

3. General Return Conditions
Requests must be sent to support@monvelier.com
Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with the return, exchange, or refund.

4. Refund Processing Times
Credit card: Refund will be processed within 1–2 billing cycles, depending on your card provider.
Bank transfer: Processed within 7 business days to the account provided.
Store credit: Issued immediately after the return is approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Products that show signs of use, damage, or are returned without original packaging or included accessories.
